They did a shoddy job with much of the house. The two cleaning ladies had terrible attitudes and complained the whole time they cleaned. They got sloppy towards the end of the job leaving dust and cobwebs in several areas that were specified to be cleaned. They also wouldn't clean the vents properly stating they couldn't. I had to do it and while not easy it was certainly possible, and without their commercial cleaning materials. You could barely tell they attempted some of the jobs like cleaning the floorboards. To top it off when given the poor review the owner lost her cool and acted very unprofessionally going so far as to be antagonistic towards me, and going behind my back to my roommate with the express concern of preventing me from writing a poor review. Owner nice enough, but she is not the one that comes to clean your house. I hired them to help as was going through a difficult time and the girls she sent over made me fell like I was a disgusting person. They even rolled their eyes in front of me!! I would have over looked all of that HAD THEY DONE A GOOD JOB BUT THEY DID NOT!! WAY overpriced for the quality, or lack thereof, of work done and I did not need the smirks in a time of need. DO NOT USE!!!! more
