I have used the Grime Scene team several times for carpet cleaning. They did a very good job at a responsible price each time. I will continue to use them when I need carpets cleaned. more

I had to get my carpets cleaned in my rental and had dog urine in the entire house from the previous renters. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet it was so bad. I called Grime Scene and they told me they could get it all out and make the carpets smell fresh and look like new again. So I gave it a try and when they were done my carpets looked new and the place smelled wonderful. They even informed me that the carpets could wick and they would come back to fix it if that happened. I did not have one stain left behind from all the urine. I will use them again and again as I can count on them and their service. Thank you for making a terrible situation out to be a wonderful experience. Pros: BEST SERVICE IN TOWN! more

Grime Scene cleaning process ruined my 2 year old carpet and it had to be replaced! Grime Scene advertises a 100% Satisfaction Gurantee but made no effort to honor this. What I did get was a nasty letter full of lies and insults from the owner! Cons: Ruined the carpet more

Grime Scene claimed to provide amazing results. I got a quote of $500. I thought that was high but I was assured they were by far the best, could remove my urine stains, and they guarantee there work. Their employees showed up and they were dirty and dressed bad. They did a terrible job. They could not remove the urine stains that they promised to remove. I called them to come back and they were really rude. I had them come back three different times for the urine stains they claimed to get back. Each time they had an attitude. Finally I called and asked for my money back. They refused and did not do what they said. HORRIBLE COMPANY! Cons: terrible job more
