I only had an oil change but these fellows were very professional, friendly, and prompt. they offered bottled waters (or other soft drinks as preferred) and a clean waiting room. i will definitely return when my cars need services. more

I have a little story to share with you. I was in need of tires. And was calling around for a price quote. When I came across your business over the phone on Friday. I spoke with a Jeff at the Cornelius NC. Location. He was so nice and respectful. I gave him a quote I got from another tire shop. He did not try to over sell me and offered to match the price of the competitor. Although they did not have the tires that day. He scheduled an appointment with me over the phone to ship the tires to their location by Saturday nearest to me. I had an 8:00 am appointment and was running a little late. But they asked for my name already had my last name in the system. Already had the price quoted over the phone no questions asked? Your facility was so clean. The chairs were so comfortable I actually took a nap. Free Coffee Tea. Nice clean bathrooms.. Popcorn to to snack on. Internet access. Even a kids play room. The staff was so kind that I now will go to Griffin Brothers for Service and Tires. I will even ask for advise on my car when needed! My husband loves these guys. He's brought both of our cars there and been very pleased. They also offer a courteous drop off to take you to work while your car is there. A bit pricier than other places but my husband definitely thinks it's worth it. more

If I could give them 10 starts, I would! John Sienko, the Service Advisor at their Cornelius location, is absolutely exceptional in customer service. He treats you like a family. He knows what you need and what you are looking for and takes care of it every time. He makes you feel like you are the only customer he has got that day. Of course, everybody else who has ever worked on our cars in Griffin Brothers, has always done a great job. We have never had any problems with anything and never ever had we felt as they were suggesting something that did not need to be done. I highly recommend Griffin Brothers for any of your automotive needs. It is my husbands and mine one-stop-shop now for everything when it comes to cars: from annual inspections and oil changes to new tires and major repairs. They are very honest and have great prices! They offer a free shuttle service, if you need a ride. They have a great atmosphere in the waiting area, including free Internet connections and enclosed childrens play area, if you decide to wait for your car. I go in for a simple inspection and oil change and they convienently find this unusual cut, ON THE INSIDE OF MY TIRE on my very expensive tire! When I question how that could have happened, they say pot holes can cause it. they see it all the time. Really? \r I have NEVER hit anything with that tire!\r I am the only driver for the last 5 years! I baby it. more

They have no clue or bother to look up Factory Recommended Service Intervals. Instead they always try to sell me everything from an air filter to all kinds of unneeded flushes. They would rather sell you a flush than fix what you brought it in for. I am a firm believer in following what the Factory Engineers recommend for my vehicle in the way of service, not someone on commission. Even a simple NC Inspection takes forever and they come back with a long list of stuff I "need" They even tried to sell me a new air filter that was only 4 months old. I do not recommend them unless you like to be sold LOTS of things you DO NOT need. more

Every time I've been there for an inspection they come up with something. I won't go there any more I'm tired of having things done to my car that wasn't needed. more
