I am a current resident at the Greyston Summit. My husband is in the service and we got stationed here about 8 months ago. When looking for a place to call home we searched all over the Columbus/ Pheonix City area and after literally WEEKS of searching for a place we finally decided to call the greystone home. We looked at homes for rent and other appartments in the area, but after viewing the grounds and appartments, we were sold. Let me save you some time by saying, you will not find a place like this anywhere else in Columbus. The landscape is ALWAYS well maintained, and the staff is quick and everyone is very nice. If something goes wrong someone is here that day, if not the very next morning. We needed more space for grocerys because there isn't a pantry here and i needed all the cabnet space for dishes and such, so we went to home depot and bought some storage shelves and the staff offered to install them for us when we let them know what was going on. It was so nice of them to help us out. The amenities here are fantastic. The tanning bed is always available, i've NEVER had to wait. The gym is always very clean and the equipment is all up to date and very nice. The pool is opened at resonable hours and is always well maintained. An acess card is given to all residents so everything is available 24/7. I have to say, although all these things are all great, the best and most important thing to me is that i feel safe. It's a gated community, so you can only come in if you are a resident, or a guest of a resident. Also, the appartments all have security systems that you can have turned on if you don't mind paying the small fee. I love that i can feel safe if i need to go out to the car in the middle of the night or want to go to the gym late. Some people say that the prices here are a little high, but I say you get what you pay for. I have friends who rent from other places in the area, and when they come over they always tell me how beautiful this place is and how nice everything looks. If you don't want to take my word for it that's fine, come by and let someone take you on a tour, but I'd hurry if i was you, if there are any places available, they wont be for long. God bless!
