Greystone Apartments are nice - built in the early 1990s, the apartments themselves are in pretty nice shape, modern, and relatively spacious. The amenities of living at Greystone are also pretty good - the computer lab has a photocopier with 10 free copies a month, there is a nice pool & hot tub, and the location is within an easy bike ride to the university.
Complaints? Management thinks only about the college students, so they have cheap appliances (the washing machine tears up clothing, the dishwasher doesn't really clean), and they don't care about tenant issues - for example, tenants have to call towing companies themselves if someone is parking in their spot. It seems as if the management invokes policies that are convenient for them, but not necessarily meeting their tenants needs.
In comparison to some of the older apartment complexes, Greystone is nice, but overall, it's just okay.
