I called Greyhound to find out when the package express would be open and someone answered the phone quickly and answered my question and was very courteous.

Worst

I called the San Jose, California internet listed Greyhound Lines number 408- 295-8276 and waited for like 10 rings then it auto disconnected. Bad experience!!!

Bad First Time Calling Experience 1/11/2009

I called the San Jose, California internet listed Greyhound Lines number 408- 295-8276 and waited for like 10 rings then it auto disconnected. Bad experience!!! more
