ALTHOUGH THEIR PRICES ARE ATTRACTIVE, IT'S NOT EVEN WORTH IT! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF ARE RUDE AND DO NOT KNOW A THING ABOUT WHAT'S GOING ON. THEY ARE VERY UNHELPFUL! THE DRIVERS HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO THREATEN PASSENGERS AND LEAVE THEM ALONG THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE IF THEIR CELL PHONE RINGS! THEY ARE FULL OF POOR CHARACTER AND SEEM TO BE MADE UP OF THE RUDEST PEOPLE IN THIS COUNTRY! GREYHOUND NEEDS TO HIRE ALL NEW PERSONNEL IF THEY KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR THEM. OTHERWISE THEY WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS BEFORE THEY REALIZE IT! YES, THEY DID DO A GREAT JOB MODERNIZING MOST OF THEIR BUS STATIONS, HOWEVER STILL CANNOT TREAT THEIR PASSENGERS WITH COMMON COURTESY AND RESPECT! I JUST CAN'T BELIEVE A BUSINESS LIKE THIS CAN EVEN LAST AS LONG AS THEY HAVE. ALTHOUGH IT'S MORE EXPENSIVE TO TAKE A PLANE, IT'S WORTH THE PRICE OVER TAKING GREYHOUND. GREYHOUND BUSES ARE ALSO NOT IN THE BEST OF SHAPE AND ARE KNOWN TO BREAK DOWN QUITE OFTEN. IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU, GOD ONLY KNOWS WHEN/IF THEY'LL SEND ANOTHER BUS TO GET YOU HOME! I HOPE THIS ENTIRE COMPANY GOES OUT OF BUSINESS. I KNOW COACH USA HAS BEEN TRYING TO EXPAND THEIR SERVICE ACROSS THE COUNTRY THE SAME WAY GREYHOUND HAS. I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF THEY EVENTUALLY DRIVE THEM RIGHT OUT OF BUSINESS! GREYHOUND HAS NO RIGHT STAYING IN BUSINESS WITH THEIR RUDE STAFF OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS AND DRIVERS. MOST PEOPLE I KNOW WHO TOOK GREYHOUND IN THE PAST ALWAYS SWEAR THEY WILL NEVER RIDE IT AGAIN!
