I've taken the Greyhound Buses many times. Most recently after I moved to New York City and my boyfriend was still at Cornell. Since I didn't have a car, I would take the bus to Ithaca and back into the city. The buses are a good alternative for those who don't have cars and need to get somewhere, even remote locations like Ithaca. I liked the schedules and Greyhound had a good amount of times to choose from on a given day. The price is a bit high, but given the price of gas and other variables, I guess it isn't too high.
