Ok, so the home we are in was on the market, unsold for about 2 1/2 years, so we start the process, on the day of move in the hot water heater didnt work, this was fixed by the builder, the Morons who put the plumbing in never sealed the master bath shower drain, so huge water issue, this was fixed by the builder, we have gone through 2 outside hose bibs in a year, only 1 covered by the builder (and yes I shut off the water in the cold months). Now, after the winter, there are cracks all over the garage, basement, and basement walls. 2 spots in the basement now have water slightly coming through, there is a crack in the middle of the front porch, upstairs entering one of the bedrooms the drywall between the wall and ceiling is seperating, and all of the tile in the home (including backsplash) the grout is all cracking. Also, it looks as though they never put gravel under the sidewalk becasue all the ground underneath is starting to wash away, and the builder now says too bad, not ou
