I will NEVER do business with these people again. Horrible Customer Service! Just downright incompetent on how to provide anything but Mean/Rude/Deceitful service. I have never had an experience like this with a Dealership before. And I have had several negative experiences with different dealerships!\r \r These people are the epitome of what is wrong with their industry! Take me advice, I beg you, or you will regret it, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY REASON!!\r \r AVOID AVOID AVOID\r \r I only hope this review can find those BEFORE they subject themselves to this place!! I wished someone had the courtesy to WARN me before I came here! more

Best dealership around!!! I don't have one bad thing to say. Been dealing with Gresham Ford since I bought my 1st rig in 07. The sales team is NOT pushy. Got me in what I wanted everytime. The service department is amazing. Never up sales me or tells me I need something I don't.. more

The Product (Ford) sells itself; its the Service and People that make Gresham Ford such a great Dealership. more

I bought a new 2000 F350 from them and was happy with the purchase price and have continued doing business with them through their maintenance department where they continue to treat me fairly. They might charge a bit more than an independent repair shop but I trust their work and value their opinions when it comes time to make repairs. They occasionally send me discount coupons for lube, oil and filter and other offers. more

I have been looking for a late model F150 pickup. I went to 3 diffeent dealerships- what a bunch of snakes! Gresham Ford was totally different. the price was actually below blue book and I didn't feel beat up when I left. Great difference! Pros: No games and no pressure more

This is a great and honest Ford dealership. We shopped here for our first new truck about five years ago and had a good experience. They have really transformed into a community supporting enterprise with lots of money going out to local charities and churches. more

Customer Service Lacking 10/6/2008

I've been to Gresham Ford on two occasions, looking for a Mustang. The first time I visited, I walked around all the used mustangs and then walked around the new mustangs. There were a bunch of salespeople standing around, but not one of them ever approached me to inquire if I needed assistance. I actually left without ever speaking to a salesperson. I e-mailed Gresham Ford when I got home and relayed my experience. They didn't even e-mail back to apologize. After looking unsuccessfully for several months, I decided to give Gresham Ford another shot, thinking that perhaps my next experience might be different given the current economic downturn and Ford's need to move vehicles. I returned a couple of days ago and was quite surprised that my experience was identical to that of my first visit. I parked my car near the office and walked a substantial distance across the lot to look at the two used mustangs they had. Again, salespeople were standing around and not one made an effort to approach me. Now, I really don't like those car lots that have pushy salespeople, but I also don't think it's good customer service to ignore people who are obviously looking for a car. If you want to stand around looking at cars without having to speak to a salesperson, then Gresham Ford might be the place for you. However, if you are really looking for a car and want customer service, you might want to go to another Ford dealer rather than go begging at Gresham Ford for assistance from a salesperson. If you have to beg for customer service before the sale, it puts you in a bad position for negotiating. Also, if you have to beg for customer service before the sale, imagine what it might be like if you have any problems with the car after the sale is complete. more
