Gremillion Properties

If you would like to have a slum lord, rent from Gremillion Properties. Your rent will be raised each and every year, once you move in, forget about having your apartment painted, not to mention you'll have hell trying to get something fixed. The outside of the apartments are only maintained for show. The inside of them are not. My wife and I lived there, our dishwasher needed repair, and Gremillion asked us if we used it. Are you kidding me? Whether we used it or not, we paid for an apartment that came with a working dishwasher...not a broken one! The upstairs tenant's a/c was leaking water from the pipes needing to be cleaned out. They were told to just put a bucket to catch the water and empty it when it got full. God help you if your a/c stops working on the weekends. Because he doesn't want to pay for the repair people to come out on weekends, you'll have to suffer through the heat until he decides to have them out to fix it. A friend tried to rent an apartment from this company. They were told that their boyfriend (who they didn't even know) wasn't allowed in the apartment should she decide to rent it. Their only concern is money in their pockets to pay for their luxurious home in River Ranch. I'm so happy to be out of these apartments and I would NEVER recommend renting from this company! more

Gremillion Properites employs ingorant people. I will not tell about my experience personally but I will say that some of the comments they made about me and my perspective roommate could be considered r@cist and rude. They made totally unfounded remarks about our character based on my roommate's appearance and denied my roommate after they let us sign the lease because"" he just looked like he would cause problems with the other tennants."" The ""other tennants of which they speak are white women, my would be roommate is a black male a young educated black male with to criminal record and excellent credit).
