Just got my Car back from a tune up, and everything was fine until they had to replace the spark plug wires. They overcharged for the wires, and the labor. Most other places I've been with other cars that needed Spark Plug wires during a tune up charge for the wires, and whichever labor is more expensive out of the two, but not labor on both if they were already switching the spark plugs out. At Greg's Garage a tune up, and an oil change originally quoted at about $240 turned into $602 once the spark plug wires, and labor were added. After complaining they found out they had overcharged by half an hour on the spark plug labor, and took the extra time off, but made no concession for charging $30 over Summit's price for the same spark plug wires. Also they also didn't make any effort to keep my business by even discounting the labor on either service. While the workmanship was good the business practices are not. First, and last time I ever take my car there I've gotten better deals on the same service at a dealership, and for less money. Steer Clear unless you like wasting money by paying way too much for service.
Pros: The labor at least appears to be done right.
Cons: Extreme price gouging. Dealerships charge less for services
