I wouldn't have minded if you were legitimately late or needed to reschedule, but to repeatedly lie throughout the day and say you were coming by in two hours or...finally 8 hour later to claim you would be over in two minutes... and then never show up is beyond unprofessional. I honestly don't know if I have ever been more disappointed by any company ever. What a complete waste of 9 hours of my life. I would discourage anyone from calling you because beyond wasting my time you have also apparently done the exact same thing to other customers...if only I'd read their online reviews of you earlier. You are only as good as your word, the saying goes. Well...your word appears to be worth nothing. more

Beware - bad business practices 10/27/2009

I spoke to Greg directly to set up a trash removal after doing some remodeling. He personally assured me that everything would be taken care of. His crew never showed up, but somehow I was still charged. Repeated calls went unanswered. I had to put a stop payment on my credit card to get my money back. I would not recommend doing any business with Greg. Pros: The price was right Cons: they charged me and didn't do the job more

Great Company 10/9/2007

I have been using Greg's Express and have to say they really are great. I use it for residential services and am very pleased with the company. Customer service is always there to help and the actual pick up service is very reliable. I would recommend Greg's to anyone who is looking for a quality reliable garbage company.
