Brian from Greg's Auto Service has been the most informative and communicative person I have ever dealt with. I don't know a lot about cars but when I needed pointers or had questions he was able to help. He wasn't out for money, he just gave me pointers and I was able to fix my car. When I did need to take my car in he thought the repair would be expensive but they were able to resolve the problem in 48 hours and for less than they expected. They had my car back to 100% without tacking on any unnecessary stuff. It really changed my perspective on mechanics in general because of bad experiences I've had before. They were fantastic. They even saved me 100 bucks when I was leaving to replace my tires! Brian was just being a good dude and he gave me a recommendation for a tire place I could go to. They're good guys. more

Honest, Reliable, Efficient 2/6/2014

I chose Greg's because it was the closest auto shop to my house. I've continued to go back because I trust the advice I'm given. The mechanics will give you a list of all the things you could address, and they prioritize them - tell you which things you can wait on and which things you should take care of soon. They also let you know which things you could probably fix yourself, and break down how much you would save doing it yourself. As the owner of previously used vehicles, I appreciate this approach. I'm not looking to make my vehicles brand new, I just want them to be reliable and safe. The guys in the office are helpful, listen to me, and help me figure out strange car problems without just trying to sell me things. At the end of the day, I really like Greg's because I don't feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. more

Quality and speedy work. Exemplary customer service! 11/25/2013

I was really very happy with my experience with Greg's Auto Service. I went to them for two car issues so far. The first was when my water pump went out. Then, a few days later, I heard some noises and ended up needed them to repair my brakes. On both occasions, they were able to schedule me in right away. They took care of the problems really quickly, too, so that I wasn't tied up for days without a vehicle. The best part about my experience was really the service. They treated me well. The service writer was especially good. He was very friendly and personable. He even took a little extra time and found a way to save me a little money, which helped me out a great deal. Overall, they did a really good job and provided exemplary customer service. I would highly recommend them. more

An honest, personable, and accommodating car shop. 10/3/2013

I took my car to Greg's Auto Service, so they could take care of a transmission leakage. In addition to that, they ended up fixing another leak and pointing out some mistakes that a previous mechanic missed. It took them five seconds to fix the issue. They're very good at what they do and very easy to work with. They are hospitable, personable, and welcoming. I've never had a problem setting up appointments with them. If I need to change or reschedule something, they are totally accommodating to that. I've continued to bring my car to them since the leakage. I like that they always give me an honest answer. The location of the shop is about a 15-20 minute drive from my house, but it's worth it. I would definitely recommend them. RESPONSE FROM Greg's Auto Service: Thank you Savannah for your testimonial. Greg's service gets a 10 out of 5! 8/29/2013

I have a Honda Accord. I'm an 80-year-old veteran and don't know much about these cars. My son was here and is in the auto mechanic business in Utah, so he and Greg's Auto Service talked on the phone to find out that my speedometer was broken. Greg's called me back very soon after to tell me the car was ready! I also have a Chevy that they worked on. They went all through the engine for me. I was overwhelmed by the performance. more

We were very happy with Greg's Auto Service. Our car is an older model and had a problem with the oil system that the dealership had given up on. At first, they confirmed the diagnosis, but then they took a second approach and presented it to us. We approved it, and it worked. Because they were willing to try a little harder, we were very happy with the results. more

Good customer service, good value, and nice people 6/21/2013

I brought my car in to Greg's Auto Service a while ago for a brake fluid leak. They were careful and checked everything instead of diving in to make a quick buck. They fixed things that they weren't even obligated to fix and it was a fair price. I've been a customer for about a year and I like that the location is convenient. They are also one of the least expensive for the highest quality. The customer service is really good; I walk in and people seem to recognize me and my car. more

Above and Beyond 5/12/2013

These guys have done a great job again, going above and beyond what they promised for less money than expected. (Not to mention cheaper than any other shop I asked for a quote.) They are friendly, trustworthy, and patient and informative when I ask a ton of questions. I would highly recommend their business. more
