I ordered a set of studs and cufflinks online for my wedding, about two months before the date. First I was shipped the wrong set of studs and cufflinks, and had to chase Gregory's down to get a return shipping label. Then I was shipped broken merchandise and had to return the items via mail a second time. Finally, I was shipped broken merchandise a second time, requiring a third return! By then, it was only a few days before my wedding, and I was forced to go to a local retailer to buy replacement cufflinks. Immediately after my wedding, I went on my honeymoon, and upon my return tried to return the cufflinks. However, Gregory's maintained that since I had now exceeded the 30 day period since they had shipped the items (being out of state for my marriage, then out of the country for the honeymoon) I was stuck with the broken cufflinks and would not even offer me a replacement, much less a return.
