I've visited Dr. Neal's office three times, but have not had the privilege of actually seeing the good doctor. My last visit was completely unsatisfactory, beginning with the parking lot attendant who demanded to know where I was headed, to the receptionist, who made me wait 20 minutes just to give her my name because she was checking in a new patient. Then she got rude when I complained. All of this for a routine check up. The physician's assistant would not even remove skin tags. I'll have to do it myself. Wow.
