My experience was absolutely horrible and I will not come back. I strongly discourage anyone else to patronage this establishment as well. Their food is not bad, it is actually good but there are plenty of restaurants in town that have great food as well as good customer service which is what Greenmount Station grossly lacks. The ""bar"" side is run by a bunch of servers who have no designated section there by leaving customers waiting too long for drinks, food orders and even their check when it's time to leave because they always have the assumption that ""the other person has taken care of the customer"". As a loyal local customer, I've always known this and did not care for the set up yet I would still go to meet with friends but never if I was in any kind of hurry. The weekend prior to Christmas this year, because the bar section is run so poorly, my debit card was run for $84 for a $4 bill. While I understand mistakes do happen, they voided the transaction without asking if I would rather have the cash (a common customer service tactic in a situation like this) and because at this point it was left to the banks and the charge was still taken from my account, my account went into the negative and I was even charged a bank fee! When I called the establishment, I was promptly placed on hold BEFORE I was even able to discuss my problem. I was on hold for no less than 13 minutes and was hung up on. When I called back and got in touch with a ""manager"" by the name of Mike, he was not only unhelpful but extremely rude and told me that there was nothing he could do. The week of christmas, as a single parent, I rely heavily on my paycheck and do not appreciate unauthorized amounts deducted from my account to be followed up with absolutely no remorse for all the inconvienence they had placed on a then loyal local customer.
