Very High Water Bills:
Corporate Management out of Virginia Beach dose not allow for Tenants to pay for what each home individually uses even though each home has its own individual water meter. Instead they total the entire community's water bill and divide it amongst all the tenants.
You as a individual are now paying for those Large Family's water bills and for their children to run the water hoses ALL DAY LONG in the Streets and to Pay for the Managements Use of water and for all the small swimming pools to be filled.
Utilities: "" Phone, Internet, TV, Satellite ""
Tenants now have to pay MORE money for substandard services.
The community USE to have more options for whom they wanted to choose to provide them with various services. Greenleigh Corporate decided to KICK out ""Comcast"" and bring in a company of their choice "" Mosaic Broadband"".
Greenleigh Corporate and Mosaic broadband were telling tenants that a 1 - 3 meg internet connection was far SUPERIOR to a 20 - 25 meg connection provided by comcast. Greenleigh Corporate also decided that if you wanted TV services that you would have to go through Mosaic Broadband and subscribe to DISH TV which was being Priced Higher then that of going through DISH TV directly.
My thoughts are if this Mosaic Broadband was as good as what Greenleigh Corporate claimed them to be then why did Greenleigh Corporate FORCE comcast out of the community?
Greenleigh Corporate now controls the Skys above the community. Thats right you now have to ask permission to have satellite service. If you call companys directly to purchase services they now inform you that you need permission from Greenleigh Management.
Tenants of this community are forced to shell out double the money when it comes to TV, SATELLITE, PHONE due to the changes made here and receiving substandard services.
Tenants pay HUGE water bills here and i dread to see what other ways Management can come up with to torture their tenants. Would really like to see what the water bill is for the community from chesterfield county but that will take a court order.
