Don't rely on their "professionals" to actually know what they are talking about. I visited them looking for a specific type of TREE, but was not sure of the name, etc. The sales person showed me a variety and, after I asked very specific questions, the sales person insured me that these were what I was looking for. He explained that they were just young plants, but would branch out as they grew. I now find out they sold me $70 worth of ARBORVITUS and am stuck with plants that I have no place for. Sure, they grow tall, but that doesn't make them a TREE! (By the way, Greenhurst, you might want to check your dictionary if you're unclear on the difference between the two...) I called them after bringing them home and they still insist that the "Thuja Plicata Virescens" is a tree and had the attitude that the error was my fault, etc, etc, etc, even though I made the purchase based on information their "professional" provided. In my opinion it seems like their goal is making a sale, any sale! Period!! So, shop away if you don't care what you actually end up with. But, if you have specific landscaping ideas in mind, I'd shop elsewhere.
