The first week that I moved in these apartments, police asked me if I had seen the neighbor for he was wanted for questioning for a murder. Pool was unusable the entire year that I lived there (horribly green), security left the area and my car tires and rims were stolen as well as three other cars. Fights from the high school occured. When I did move out they kept my deposit and charged $175.00 to fix two blinds. These blinds you can buy at Home Depot cheap. They charged for painting - I never painted the place the walls were clean (have pictures). I was never late on rent and never caused problems in fact they wanted me to renew. There are two other neighbors starting a class action suit. Children in the neighborhood are not monitored by parents. They stand on the post office boxes, throw rocks etc. My car has a dent from one of them throwing something (my car was brand new). If you rent here be careful ! more

Just moved here- better off renting a house for the price. Management is nice, but cheap on repairs and no life guards at pool as before. Neighbors are rude by staring at you everytime you come home or parking behind your garage. The floor plans are nice, cheap materials though. I can hear my neighbors convoy and sexaul activities through the floors and walls. Love the schools! I wish someone will build better apartments. Importantly, there are huge roaches and lizards, run!!!! I complained to management about everything, nothing was done. The two stars are for appliances and schools. Other than that,this place gets no stars from me. more
