9 Must Have Skills for Supervisors 5/5/2012

My friend and I attended the training for 9 Must Have Skills for Supervisors. Although the conference room was a bit small everyone learned a lot. I've gone to other seminars and this was by far one of the best. It would be better if it was a two day seminar instead of one. There was just too much to cover in one day. more

Glenn did a great job of leading the training 9 Must Have Skills for Supervisors. It is obvious he cares about people and building them up for greater success. I didn't really understand the exact skills necessary to be a supervisor (it is a first time thing for me) before attending this training. I sure had my eyes opened to what I need to start doing differently. more

Best 90 Minutes of Training 10/4/2011

Wow! Attended the 90 minute power training Growing Superstars - Beyond Performance Appraisals and have to day I learned more in those 90 minutes on how to best do performance appraisals than any other training program I have attended. I have asked that this training be brought on-site so the rest of the manangement team can benefit. more

Attended 9 Must Have skills training in the Washington Building today. This was part of their power training series. I just wished that I could have stayed for the scripting skills program but it was filled up. more

Learned from executive coaching 8/20/2009

At first I thought executive coaching was just for the most senior of leaders. Working with Greenfield Development taught me that all supervisors and managers need to build leadership skills. It not just theory with them, they are really into the practical nuts and bolts when it comes to management skills. That?s what I was looking for. Pros: Local to Seattle but they work all over the country. more
