We were new customers to Greener Grass. They came out for the 1st treatment on July the 25th, 2013. \r

I am a bit puzzled as I have since called three times in the last three weeks for a touch up on the spurge grass. It is now September 9th. \r

The first time I spoke to a young lady and she said they would be out sometimes during the week. (weekend before Labor Day) The next week Sept 3rd, I called again. Spoke with Linda. She was sweet and apologized as she had several doctors appointments and had a substitute in the office. She said there was an error in the information taken and it took her time to find our account. BUT THE TECH STILL DIDN'T COME OUT. \r

I called again last week on a Friday. Telling Linda that no one had been to our home yet. (Sept. 6) Again, talking to Linda, she said that the tech had our information in his truck and would be out for sure on Friday because he had our information in his truck on Thursday.... STILL IT DIDN'T HAPPEN. My husband was looking for him. He was working in the garage. \r

This morning, September 9th, 2013, I treated the lawn myself for the extra grown of Spurge. \r

I am disappointed especially since we were new customers.\r

I would not recommend this company for dependability. \r
