not happy at all , ordered just a simple hat ordered on the 9th paid for it called the 17th was told by there employee it will be in Monday did not get into town till thurday the 22nd was told the hat was not there they had gotten Busy and not pick them up ?????? try again next Monday what a waste of time and gas what ever happen to customer service been a Police Officer 22 years most companys want your bussiness and treat you like they want it this company thinks they have it made and could care less how they treat the customer I will never order again from them and will pass this on to all my Brothers and sisters Stay away from Greenes more

Placed an order in 2008. I called on many occassions to check on the status of my order. I was told that I would receive a call back....never did. Asked for a refund.....never got it. Have waited almost 2 years for a holster that I will probably never see. Will never order from this company again. Also have told many others of my experiences with this company. Pros: Are None Cons: No Holster.....No Refund more

I have had to buy things here because I'm in lae enforcement and that is where my Chief has told me to buy my uniforms. I hate it everytime I have to go there. The owner is so scatterbrained and it's too much for him to handle. If yoi are not a "big" client of his, he treats you like crap. Thankfully I have been told that we can now order our uniforms from Galls and they will just pay us back. After I get my last uniform from Greenes, which I have been waiting for it for over 4 months, I will never shop there again! more

I have shopped here a couple of times and have decided that I will never return. The products are not good quality. I bought a shirt there and after I wore it once the hem came out. The prices are high. The owner of the store should not have a job dealing with the public. During our last visit I came in with my 2 sons. He was talking to another man and kept cussing. I was not happy. Then I had to ask for an item that was in the back. The pocket was folded over on the shorts real bad. I asked if it wasn't too much trouble could I have a different pair. He got real angry and told the cashier to just give me a refund. I went ahead and bought the camo shorts, which I regret. I saw a better looking pair at Kohl's for $6 cheaper. My mom had dog tags made for my son from this store as well. The noise reducers covers my son's name on the dog tags. The name should have been centered, but it wasn't. The owner lied about when the dog tags would be ready. He said 2 days and it more
