Ok, So I am new in town, only 6 months and a rear molar cracks after a large 24 yr old filling gives way. I first go to one place on Old National, I walked in and left. Old waiting room mismatched dirty furniture not to mention no paitents in the waiting room! Only 3 biz cards in the biz cards holder (of which one was spooted with what appeared to be dried blood!) so I ran out of that place (noticing a bullet hole in one of the side windows as I left!) and called 1800 Dentist and they recommended Greenbrier so I set an appointment. I looked up the Dr's stats at MD grades and they had 4.5 or better out of 5 stars, the other place had 3 as well as less than flattering reviews! So I get there, the waiting room and office is nice, clean and very professional. The Staff gave me the mini tour, everything looked clean, new modern and well staffed and hey a free gift, a coffee mug. I've never had any major work but knew this would be my first. So I thought I would lose this Molar but comes the results and its a root canal and crown, great! Now I can handle any pain except Dental , Medical and needles! The Staff literally baby'd me! Dr Clark was very informative and everyone assured me that the root canal would be as painless as possible. Dr Clarke numbed me up and relaxed me with NOS gas. Came back a while later and gave me yet another shot! I felt very little discomfort , quote discomfort not pain! 1 Hour later root canal done and I am walking away. 4 hours later the numbness wears off and I felt a little pain if you want to call it that, nothing a few motrins didn't take care of and by the end of the day I am good to go! I had more discomfort and pain when I had my filling 24 yrs ago than with this root canal! Next week is a temp crown and then 1 more visit for a permanent crown. If today is what I can expect in the future I am thrilled I found this office. My insurance paid the bulk and they worked with me to pay the balance! I don't know what the other person that gave this place a bad review is talking about, he should have gone to where I first went! If 1800 Dentist recommends it, its a good deal. Peter
