We really have enjoyed working with everyone at All-N-1. They installed a brand new sprinkler system for our lawn and did so in a very professional manner. The office staff was also very easy and pleasant to work with during the entire process. We're thinking about using them again to install a new patio! We would highly recommend. more

All-n-1 did a great job burying our downspouts and installing a French drain by our patio. Finally a dry basement again, despite heavy rain! Their pricing was reasonable. The workman were professional and efficient and completed all of the work the same day, as promised. Thank you All-n-1! more

Terrible first impression. Kept referring to me as a ""lead"" not a customer or client. Telemarketers use ""leads"". 2nd, wanted a commitment to $75/hr design time before ever setting foot in my yard. No estimate, no on site visit, wanted money up front. Sounds shady to me. Absolutely will not use. more

All-n-1 did a fantastic job burying my 10 downspouts. I have been so tired of having my mulch wash out of my flowerbeds for the past 3 years. Troy gave me a bid the same day he came to look over what I wanted to have done. The price was reasonable and he said they could start and finish my project in one day. Just as promised, they did a great job. They even came one week earlier than I was expecting which was fantastic! The workmen were very professional and left my yard clean. Thanks so much All-n-1!! ALL-N-1 Landscape's team did a great job on my drainage problem. We should have done it years ago, and saved ourselves the aggravation we put up with uneccessarily. My neighbor used and recommended ALL-N-1 Landscaping, and I will be happy to do so also. The workmen were very prompt, professional, fast and left the area clean. Also, I really appreciated the efforts of the designer, Mark Stone, although our landscaping will have to wait until the bigger issue of the rock retaining wall is finished, his guidance and referrals in dealing with this unweildy matter were amazing and now we have a plan to work towards in the future. We met with Mark, a very knowledgeable landscape architect, about a plan for out front yard. Our main challenge was a very shady front yard. Within a week we had a thorough design plan with plants all guaranteed to thrive in our sunless front yard; and within another week the job was done! We were very pleased with the quickness of the whole process and love the curb appeal the landscape adds to our home. more

It's so nice to be able to leave town and know that when you get back the project you contracted for will be completed and just as you asked! That's exactly what happened when Dmitriy asked ""how do you want it decorated and when do you want it done?"" And even though he gave his suggestions for the project, he didn't hesitate to comply with our alterations! Our home was all lit up when we drove up into our driveway that cold winter night. I had All-N-1 install my sprinkler system about 5 years ago and from day one had nothing but problems. The first day it was installed a pipe broke in the ground flooding my yard and they had to completely tear up my yard to fix the broken pipe. Also they installed a system that they apparently had never used before and didn't tell me this until afterwards. Every time I had to deal with them I was charged more than I was quoted and when it finally broke down they had to install a whole new system because the parts needed to fix the system were discontinued. I would not recommend using them unless you want to deal with headache after headache. more

I was flabbergasted when All-N-1 showed up to winterize my sprinkler system when I already had an agreement with another firm to do the work. Then the technician told me my firm had subcontracted their winterizations to All-N-1. So I called. Guess what? Pros: None I can see. Cons: They seem to me to be an unscrupulous business. more

I've owned several homes in the Johnson County area the last 15 yrs and always wind up contracting out a total landscaping renovation and installing a sprinkler system. I always consider many factors including professionalism, quality of work in portfolio/website, track record (references & testimonials & referrals), enthusiasm for my project, attention to detail, thouroughness, and the feeling the company rep gives me during our meetings before i settle on and chooes a contractor. I have to say that i was very impressed w/ Troy Karlin and his company, ALL-N-1 Landscape, out of Lawrence. At first I was skeptical b/c Troy looked so young when i first met him. However, after talking w/ him for an hour, he completely ""wowed"" me w/ his professionalism, knowledge, level of experience, thoroughness, the trustworthiness of his character, and his general enthusiasm for my project. I mean this kid put me at ease throughout the entire process. Then I wondered if he was just some smooth talking salesman so i checked for ALL-N-1 Landscape on the web and requested some references. They must have one of the best websites of any landscaping companies around KC. They also have all these glowing testimonials posted on their site. Troy called my right back and reminded me that he already gave me 2 reference lists (1 from Lawrence and 1 from KC) and when I looked back through his detailed proposal, they were both right there just like he said. And that's the thing, they weren't the cheapest by any means but they seemed to do EVERYTHING that they said they would. You just don't get that anymore these days. Unlike the other bigger companies around Johnson County, ALL-N-1 actually EXCEEDED my expectations from start to finish. I just want to let everyone know that ALL-N-1 is the real deal and that I highly recommend them. -Tim Pros: professionalism throughout process, quality, customer service (especially AFTER purchase), value Cons: a little on the high side as far as price goes, but good value all things considered more
