Not much help or assistance, that is. To start, when I got the 'operator' , she almost instantly interupted my connection request, and transferred me to the wrong dept. This happened twice. Then, I waited on the phone for 11 minutes and 48 seconds while the person I needed to speak with helped an instore customer; but when I was in the store, I had to wait for my clerk who was on the phone, first with one customer, then he stopped helping me again to talk on the phone.
A nursery isn't a supermarket where one knows all about the products. Most of us require a bit of guidance when selecting plant 'material'. Without a modicum of assistance, how does one utilize the reasonable prices and variety??
Trying to purchase from Green Thumb was difficult and unsatisfactory.
