Good: Quick, professional service. Total follow-up with all concerns. Clean up after job is done. Rebate knowledge.. Other: Sam was able to fit me in at the end of the day to replace my failed water heater, with no extra charge. He suggested eco-friendly options and helped me with rebate info. Since then I have used Green T for several scheduled service calls. I continue to be impressed with their price, service, and professionalism.. more
