Wouldnt use again 11/28/2011

Wrote a review on Google places, this company was three hours late, we called the office after two hours and wanted to cancel but we were told we would be charged a cancellation fee, they showed up three hours late rushed through are home, the carpets were wet for three days called another company to have them dry the carpet, just the worst experience ever from talking to there office to the cleaning, all I can say is dont use this company it cost me money and time. more

Misleading 11/16/2011

I wrote a review on yahoo last week about this company and am following up on City Search. I saw a Groupon for this company last week that said save 75% on carpet cleaning I thought wow im going to buy one, until I saw what i was getting for that Groupon. The Groupon was for three rooms and a hall with a value of 300.00 save 75% I thought that does not sound right so i went to there website and found they were cleaning 5 rooms for $150.00 and a whole house for $229.00. Then with some further looking into I found an add on carpet cleaning Kirkland from them for 3rooms and a hall for $90.00. I was very shocked,so there Groupon savings was actually only $15.00 not the $225.00 savings, so needless to say i didnt use this company and im recomending you dont either. more

Stay away 11/8/2011

Do not show on time. Obnoxious customer service. They've even threatened us to charge $50 cancellation fee for them supposedly coming 2 hours late. Pathetic business. more

Wow ... Research is Key 11/4/2011

I saw this company on Groupon and was going to buy their ad 3 Room + Hall Carpet Cleaing (Value 300.00) Groupon price of $75.00, but I decided to do some research just because whenever I had gotten my carpets cleaned by other companies I never paid over $160.00 for my 3 rooms, hall and stairs. It concerned me that they charged 300.00 for 3 rooms and a hall. After I did the research I found out that majority of companies were charging between $90.00 - $130.00 for 3 rooms/areas, I even went to there site and they themselves were charging $90.00 for 3 rooms + hall and $150.00 for 5 rooms + hall their whole house special wasn't even over 300.00. I just wanted to let people know what I saw and to be sure to do your research before purchasing even if the price seems so good it usually is to good to be true, I mean for all the people that bought their Groupon thinking they were getting this amazing 75% OFF deal they really were only getting $15.00 off there current running 3 Room Special and $75.00 off there 5 Room Special. Its sad and I really am not one to bad mouth people but this was ridiculous. They must really think we as consumers are just that stupid; that because of an huge % savings that we will buy. I didn't even buy it and I feel duped. more
