Green Pacific Van Lines

This company was the beginning of a miserable moving experience. First, this company is a broker NOT a mover. But, once they promise a low estimate and a 7-10 day delivery date - the other mover will show up and triple the estimate and have you sign a contract that says they can deliver in 30 business days or less. And then, everything that Green Pacific promised is gone. You won't know this happens until after the 7-10 days are up, of course. If you are fortunate to get your stuff back, it will be damaged or stolen AVOID THIS COMPANY. more

This company is a scam shell company that completely ripped us off when doing our move. Not only were they completely unprofessional and hit part of a wall the apartment building during the move. They also charged us with all of these hidden fees that while in the contract, they make up the corresponding weight and distance numbers. We argued with them for 3 hours and would have sent them away but our move was the next day. On top of all of this. When trying to get in contact with them this past week for the delivery we could not contact them for the past 3 days and had no idea what to do. We even called the police to identify if they were complete scam artists or a rip off. We eventually found the company they pass all of their business onto Nationwide Top Movers and were able to schedule the delivery. PLEASE READ THIS AND DO NOT TRUST THE PROPAGANDA THE COMPANY HAS POSTED HERE!!! more

I hired this moving company for my long distance move and they never showed up! They called me 9 hours after they were to be at my site and told me they could not make it. Do not trust this company with your move, they are unreliable and offer terrible customer service. more

My move was uneventful, what a blessing! When moving there is so much to be concerned about, the last thing a consumer should have to worry about is the professionalism of the moving company who will be working for them. I had arranged to have my office moved out of the city into the suburbs. My office was located in a beautiful historic district of the city. The staff who moved me in to my office several years ago exhibited behavior that was totally unacceptable: rude, crude, and lewd. On top of the fact that they were late, and the price was higher than expected. Green Pacific Van Lines did exactly what they said they would do-show up on time, be professional and respectful, Well done! more

They were so fast and also proficient when it came to getting large items out of doors and around corners. They also had to manually hoist my mattress, PC table and wooden file cabinet up to the 2nd floor. The sole stairs up to the second floor were spiral which made it impossible to use for these large items. They soundly wrapped all of my furniture before it left the apartment. They were extraordinarily professional and highly efficient. The movers I hired last time seem like the Three Stooges compared to these men. I saved $150 from my last move as the GREEN PACIFIC VANLINES guys were so good. They came on time and while I talked to them they made everything clear to me. Initially I believed there are numerous moving firms out there but when I employed GREEN PACIFIC VANLINES I was also frightened because of my past experience. But believe me my bet was simply paid off. I seriously recommend GREEN PACIFIC VANLINES to anybody. Also, my new building boss in California wanted to know what company moved me because they actually knew what they were doing. more

3 years ago I used Green Pacific Vanlines for my move. And then again just 3 months ago I hired them again as its my 2nd move in San Francisco! They are pleasant, do a great job, aware of not damaging furniture or anything. I recommended this company to friends and coworkers. Most of them already used the company. more
