I have been a Green Mangos customer for three years now - they cater an events for us in St Paul about every other month - and I have yet to be anything besides thrilled. Chef Thao's creations are always creative, the staff is extremely professional, and most importantly, the food is absolutely fantastic!
Some of my favorite dishes include: Cilantro ginger shrimp Topped with sweet Thai chili sauce Served on organic baby spinach leaves, BBQ pork ribs gently braised and served with pineapple-bbq sauce, and smoked salmon rice paper rolls with sweet plum dipping sauce and wasabi, served on Asian spoons.
