We bought an Audi a4 off of them in august 2013, driven 10,000 miles on it (it's March 2014) and has already needed a new clutch and dmf due to a pressure plate failing (mechanical error), replaced high pressure fuel pump because it went bad, rear shock and shock mount have blown, valve cover gasket and can tensioner gasket are leaking.. What's next, actually hope these guys pay for their dishonesty. I paid more than the kbb value for the car because they made it ""look"" better than it actually was. Emphasized that the Carfax is clean which it has but under further inspection it's been in an accident. Could have bought a brand new car for what they have drained out of my pocket. Very upset and unhappy, stay away from them. more

Right from the start I could tell Green Light was different from your ordinary used car lot. I was greeted almost immediately upon arriving to the dealership in a very friendly way, non-pushy manner. I came to see a car that I saw listed online and it was everything I expected it to be; very clean and well maintained. There were a few minor issues/concerns that I expressed. Carlos, the sales and financing manager, was extremely helpful in working with me to make sure that all my concerns were taken care of. Overall, the wole buying experience was excellent and Green Light did a superb job of making it a non-hassle environment.\r more

Would not suggest you buying a car from any other dealer. I purchased a car else where with tons of hidden problems and Green light has been amazing helping me out. Driving off the lot with a different car today! Sales service and management have been amazing to work with. You really get to know the true character of a business when problems arise.
