MOST RECENT SERVICE 3/6/2014

We are pleased with our most recent service experience all but the wash job on the 2013 Elantra GT. Supposedly, the machine does not do the back hatch door very well but no one bothered to wash it by hand to get the dirt off. They just left it on there until my husband called John Duval and took it back and got it re-washed. We love Green Hyundai but this kind of wash job is not acceptable as far as I am concerned. more

I rate this as a top auto business facility not only because Hyundai is an outstanding automobile but the salesman are friendly, honest and apply no pressure sales pitches to sell you an automobile. The facility is spotlessly clean. The folks working at this dealership bend over backwards to assist you with your questions on financing, operation of the automobiles controls, and the ease in setting up service appointments. The Green Hyundai Dealership is by far the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a new car. In fact, this is the third Hyundai Sonata Limited I have purchased from this dealership. I highly reccomend this dealership. more

Constant excellent service. 2/26/2014

This is the third Santa Fe I've owned and the service has been excellent all the time. This time I had some scratches and asked, casually, do they have something that would take care of that and the service technician said yes, that they have a polish that would buff out light scratches. I thought I would make an appointment for that for another time but when I got my car back, the scratches had been done, along with the oil change and tire check I had scheduled for and at no charge. more

I really like the dealership but sevice is so so. I have had recurring problems with the brakes, it's been in 3 times. The first 2 they replaced pads and rotors were worked on. But I still feel at times it pulls and they said this 3rd time they didn't feel anything. I don't know if it's because I am a woman but they act like they don't have time to talk to you. I have kept up with all the maintanance. Jury is still out on them. The people making service appointments can be a challenge. but I really like the internet people and the manager. more
