While this place looks some what unique, the breakfast was nothing better than you'd find in an ordinary diner - weak coffee, store bought toasted, lame shredded potatoes, etc. ...

Soup's On! 12/2/2008

If you are looking for soup, this is the place. They offer at least 8 different homemade soups each day. Also great big muffins that are very yummy. Kinda of crowded, tables are small and too close, but food is pretty good, sandwiches too, love the egg salad BLT! more

Green House Cafe-a downtown treasure 3/17/2006

The Green House Cafe is a great little spot to stop in for a quick breakfast or lunch. It's got wonderful charm, with its exposed cookline. They always have eight soups each day which is great because it means no matter what you're in the mood for, whether its broccoli cheddar or chicken noodle or cream of mushroom or split pea, they've got it. They have a great selection of baked goods including these HUGE muffins (lemon poppyseed is my favorite) and cookies and other yummy pastries. The staff is very friendly and the service is always quick! more
