Nothing to write home about... 8/30/2005

Green Country isn't a BAD escrow company, they're just not anything to write home about. They sucessfully closed our loan, but it wasn't headache free. I know that some problems came from the lender, but others came from Green Country not getting the title work done in the timeframe they were supposed to. more

Pretty good, definately convenient 8/29/2005

Green Country isn't my favorite place to close (we do that a lot as landlords), but they get the job done. And they're SUPER conveniently located, right on 71st. They've never botched anything up, although they did delay one of our closings (the other one we had with them was no problem). more
