Professional company with great hard working techs. I just had my carpets in my home cleaned. They used all steam cleaning solutions to get rid of all the stains. The carpets took about 4 hours to dry, after that and finally my carpets were dry it looked great!! it looked clean. I am more than happy with the work I am satisfied, this is by far the best cleaning I've ever received. my carpets look clean as can be more

I am in aweee with the work this company did for me. They made sure all of the stains where completely gone, definitely made sure the smell of pet stains was gone for good too. This is by far the best carpet cleaning company in the Redondo Beach area. They are local, they are family oriented and they are very trustworthy and experienced. I mean they have all the qualities I look for in a company that I'm going to hire and have come to my home. The tech that came out, I believe his name is Joe, very great man. Super friendly.. talks a thousand miles per hour but knows what he is talking about. If you do decide to get your carpets cleaned by them I definitely recommend Joe, but I'm sure all of their techs are great too! more

First off I want to say "it's so hard finding a company that seems reliable in every way! I know I've had my share of really bad customer service and when it comes to things like getting your carpet cleaned. You only want the best or at least as close to it as you can get to it" so with that said, I called this company last week to come clean my carpet. it was the first company that I came upon on, and they are local. the dispatcher that answered was very polite. and I could understand everything she was saying (that's a plus to me). So I liked what I heard I even liked that they are environmentally friendly! (even a bigger plus) They came out the next day that was a convenient time for me! (can they get any better) when they time finally came they showed up the dispatcher was nice. asked me exactly where I wanted them to clean. and went to his job. he measured every room he took some of his solutions and showed what my carpet was capable of looking. before he started the work he came to me and told me my price, he explained to me why it was what it was. said that I needed a little more solutions on some parts of my carpet. this company so far, is good! when he started the work I went to take a short walk, well when I came back he was on the next room I looked at the room he had done and it looked great. all of the stains gone... well long story short (lol) this is company really knows what they are doing when it comes to cleaning carpet, I asked them if they clean couches and they said yes! I will have them come next week to my home. they even offered me a 10% off for repeat client! OH YEAH!!!! more

They came when I was at work, they made sure to call me before starting the work and made sure I knew what was going on and how much I had to pay. this company puts clients first. that's how every company should work. unfortunately not all of them do.
