Caused my dog to bleed to death..do not take your pet here if you love them. We have taken our dogs here for years, the doctor never seemed to diagnose symptoms or take time with the dogs. Took her in with blood in her urine on Friday. Doctor spent less than fifteen minutes. Took her temp and felt her stomach briefly. Said it was a bladder infection and gave me an antibiotic. She was very lethargic and wouldn't take any food or fluids rest of day. Saturday morning found she had bled to death. When I rushed her over, they wanted to talk about it and maybe do an autopsy. I wouldn't let them ever touch her again. And I agree about the receptionist's attitude. more

Dr. Neil of Green Bay Animal Hospital... what can I say but thank you. Our dog, Frankie was special, never like other dogs. He could not jump on the sofa and was frequently in pain due to his issues. Dr. Neil was caring, compassionate and honest throughout Frankie's entire life. He worked with us regarding his medicine therapies to best suit our little man and keep him out of the chronic pain he suffered. Neil listened. If you have any pet, especially one with chronic issues, Dr. Neil is the doctor for your fur child. more

Oustanding Service! 10/15/2010

I have been going to the Green Bay and Allouez Animal Hospitals for 2 years now and have had my pets to both Dr. Becky Krull and Dr. Neil Rechsteiner. The Dr.'s and staff their have made going to the Dr.'s office a happy experience for me and my pets. We have had such great service that my pets are always happy when they get to the vets office. Thank you for making a Dr.'s visit a pleasant experience for me and my pets. more

Horrible service, do not take your pet here 12/17/2009

We had been taking our dog here for years, just for routine checkups and shots. Doctor barely says anything and seems nervous around dogs. Once my dog started aging and developing health problems the doctor misdiagnosed our dog's condition and gave him medication that could have killed him. He didn't offer to run any tests to even see if the medicine was ok for our dog. Told us our dog had a stroke, we later found out dogs don't get strokes. Plus the receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful. Pros: Cheaper but you get what you pay or Cons: Lack of interest, receptionist is rude, doctor seems clueles more

Green Bay Animal Hospital 9/10/2008

As visitors from out of town, we needed to take our dog to the Green Bay Animal Hospital. The experience was excellent, with good care, careful explanations, excellent take-along documentation and lots of phone assistance both before and after the visit. Recommended! more

    We perform basic soft tissue surgeries such as spays and neuters.     Our hospitals have the equipment necessary on-site to perform the majority of diagnostic tests for your pet.     After two years of age approximately eighty-five percent of our pets need dental care. Our doctors can provide you with a dental assessment.
