Look around. How many health food stores can you find that have a selection comparable to Green Acres? Yes, I'm including larger stores like the Whole Food chain, etc., and Green Acres still beats them. More importantly, their owner, manager, and staff know the in's and out's of their products. Tell them what ails you and they will not only be able to suggest a product, but a specific brand. They will often tell you about the drug-interactions between their products and the over-the-counter, or many times, prescription meds. No supermarket (health food or otherwise) can compete with their knowledge and expertise. Nearly every other (I say 'nearly' because I don't pretend to know every store, but we've visited every one listed in the phone book and online) store in the entire central Jersey area is deficient in the most critical area: knowledge. We've known them for almost 20 years and they can't be beat! Just do a Google for health food stores and visit them and the, uh, competition. You'll see what I mean.
