Same great food at Bishop Arts location 12/17/2011

The food was great here, and the owners so friendly, but the landlord was terrible. (Note: there are only two tenants left in the building.) The same family, though, has another location on Davis at Bishop, so drive a little and enjoy the gyros and dolmades again! more

Fantastic Appitizers! 4/9/2008

I work down the street from the cafe and have been several times for lunch. The greek salad is good, the gyros are delicious and their hummus and pita are some of the best I've had. The desserts look fantastic, but I'm usually too full after the entree to indulge! Pros: Great food Cons: Service more

People go out to eat for a variety of reasons. Good food at a reasonable price probably tops the list. But there are other factors: atmosphere, the uniqueness of the food, service, and basically how you are made to feel while you are there. more

Great customer service!!! 11/2/2006

This is a new place in our area that I've been waiting to try as I'm a fan of new and different cuisines to try on my palate - hard to come by in the D'ville area. I was happily surprised. It is a family-run business and you get personal greeting from the couple and/or their daughter who also serve as the waitstaff. They're very attentive. It is a small cafe and cozy. I went for dinner and the portions are very abundant, the pita bread is fantastic and it's a great deal for the money. My kids loved the chicken and lamb/beef gyros. I can't wait to try their pastries! They have a good variety on their menu also, and are looking to add more items to attract more clientele from the area. more
