I had visited this restaurant for several months and depending on who cooked the food, it could be great. However, a couple of times, the food was not cooked right or they were out of a particular item and a complaint was registered. The next time I went I waited a long time for a server to come to the table. Then when the food came and I was asked if everything was alright, I said the meat was tough. The server just walked away and when she came back I was told I complain all the time, which is untrue, I may have complained once or twice which does not constitue all the time. Futhermore, if you are going to pay $30 for a meal it should be done to your liking not theirs and you should not be humilated and embarrassed in front of other customers in the restaurant. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? It's not too much to ask if your steak is tough, which is probably the cut of meat and no fault of the cook, that another steak be cooked. It is never appropriate to tell and customer that they complain all the time, and since they can't make you happy, you shouldn't come back, and go to the next table of customers and say they got what you did and they aren't complaining. I will never return to a Grecian Steak house nor recommend it to anyone, and I will tell everyone I know or ever meet how you are embarrassed and humiliated if you ever complain about your meal there. If they can't take the heat, they need to stay out of the kitchen.
Cons: Horrendous customer service, tough meat, can't take criticism
