This is a truly awful institution to do business with. I chose to go with them for my new vehicle auto loan, as the rate was lower. BIG MISTAKE! The customer service is awful. There's no online bill pay, you must go inside to make a payment, which is a LONG process. Or you can choose to pay a $5 ""Convenience fee"" and wait 20 minutes on hold for a person to assist you over the phone. I have tried both, and they're equally painful. The process they have in place is also very questionable. After charging my card, and the transaction was approved, she had wrote my debit card number, expiration date and CID on the receipt. When I questioned this, I was told it was for accounting purposes, and that's just how it's done.
This place seems to think it's the only bank in town, it's a very take it or leave it system. I was so impressed while GETTING my loan that I could have never imagined this. They were so efficient and professional. Now that they have my contract, all that customer service has disappeared. I have NEVER had so much trouble trying to GIVE people my money in all my life. I highly recommend steering clear of this institution.
