Greater Annapolis Veterinary Hospital has been providing comprehensive quality veterinary care for pets since 1973. Through the years, we have constantly expanded and modernized our facility to reflect our commitment to providing the highest quality veterinary care possible. We are continuing this tradition of excellence every day by consistently exceeding our clients’ expectations. Our hospital is one of the few veterinary hospitals in the Annapolis area that is fully accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). In fact, only 14% of the small animal hospitals in the United States and Canada have this accreditation. AAHA is a voluntary organization of veterinary hospitals that is committed to providing a high quality of veterinary care. Member hospitals are held to a significantly higher standard of care than the state of Maryland requires. Greater Annapolis Veterinary Hospital has been accredited by AAHA since 1976. We maintain a staff of approximately 75 dedicated caregivers to ensure state-of-the-art professional, technical, nursing, administrative, and housekeeping services to benefit our patients and clients.
