Best Chinese buffet 5/31/2007

Right after Great Wall changed location due to WalMart moving in, their food was chock full of msg. I didn't go here again for a couple years. When I finally went back, they'd gotten it together and brought back the variety and freshness they used to have - with no msg. Favorite place to go for take-out Pros: Never go hungry or lack things to try more

Upper class Chinese Restaurant 7/14/2006

The Great Wall is the best Chinese restaurant for lunch buffet. Unlike other Chinese places, the buffet is very lavish with enough varieties of dishes to suit everyone's palate. The service is quick and prompt. In spite of its massive popularity, there is very little wait time and more often than not, you get immediate seating. PROS: seating space, parking, all day buffet CONS: traffic, a la cart emenu is not very good, limited drink selection more

Best Chinese Restaurant Buffet in Baton Rouge 4/8/2005

This newly renovated restaurant is one of the hotspots in Baton Rouge. Located off College Drive, near the LSU Campus...this restaurant boasts a HUGE buffet that I have found is always fresh and piping hot. Plan to arrive early to avoid parking problems (that is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars--since the arrival of the Super Walmart in the parking lot...the parking is awful) Definitely try the green beans, sesame chicken, crabmeat/cream cheese wontons...I have never had a bad meal here and I would say it is the best buffet in town. more
