Great Things Consigned

I love this place! I visit consignment stores everywhere when I travel, this is one of the finest in terms of merchandise and customer service that I have ever visited. I found lots of goodies and racked up! I found a great St. John suit, a Louis Vuitton handbag (almost new) and a beautiful bracelet for a fraction of retail! I can't wait to see what they have next time I'm in Charlotte! The staff were so warm and friendly from the time I entered the doors until I walked out with my great finds! more

Very nice Store. I found pretty cool items at great prices! The stuff was nice and Polite! I'm definitely coming back. I highly recommend to consign and buy in this consignment store plus I know they donate items after the 2 months period to the Assistance league of Charlotte. It is a win win, for everyone. more

Consigned here dozens of times with no issues. Great store with really cool things and good prices. I would highly recommend shopping there. Also they have specials and coupons on their website!! Reading the other reviews I would remind them that you have to pick your stuff up on time!! more

Do not consign your clothing/shoes/purses at this shop if want to get back the things that didn't sell. We had 4 items that got ""lost."" .....not donated, but ""lost."" more

I found them to be friendly and the store unique, with some great values. It is a upscale consignment (used modern clothing) store, they do not want old worn out of style stuff. While i was there several people came in with old junk and i saw them politely decline. Also i consign a lot and I know of no store that calls or contacts you when your time is up. I got decent money for my clothes and handbags and i found everyone to be pleasant throughout the process. I will shop here and consign again. more

I would not suggest taking clothes here to sell or buying clothes here either. First- they are RUDE! Rude. I have taken items (gently worn and in style) a few times and each time it is as if I have given them a task of a lifetime to sift through the items. Oh, don't have any where to go immediately following your appointment-- because they are all so slow - all incapable of doing two things at once. Then-- do not forget the date that they give you to come back and pick up your items (if they deem them worthy enough of their over-priced store)- because that they are fast about and will send all of your items to Goodwill with so much as a reminder email/call. Honestly-- not worth your time. If you are anywhere under the age of 60- this place is not for you to buy or sell. It's hilarious what they choose to put on their racks and what they don't. I will not be returning. more
