Ive been to nail garden ever since they opend and each time is better then the one before! I cant wait till my next mani pedi! The place is so relaxing and beautiful! The technicians are very friendly and they know what they are doing! They have the best mani pedi combos ever! The services are worth every penny and the prices are so convienient! I reccommend nail garden to everyone! This is where I go to relax and get away from my thoughts! Pros: its everything you expect out of a nail salon and more! more

The girl I got was not very good. She was on her cell phone when she started to massage my legs and as she got engrossed in her conversation, she just stopped massaging my legs!!!! And didn't even make up for it. The weakest leg massage I ever got. Then she was in such a hurry to get out of there, she put my flip flops on prematurely and messed up my toenail. So she put yet another thick coat on top of it to cover it up and I'm sure it will not dry hard now that there are so many coats. Then the guy who did my nails asked what color did I want. I said ""Clear"" and then he started buffing my nails, then stopped in the middle and he said, do you want me to buff your nails. I shrugged my shoulders and said sure. But he didn't tell me he was going to charge me a whole $4 more at the end when I specifically told them what I wanted, no extras. I felt like he was being totally dishonest by not being clear. I just didn't like the way they handled things. But it was very clean and my sister got the same services with different people and liked it. I am a huge fan of Nail Garden. Ive only been here a few times and every time ive came here ive gotten the upmost service and its well worth the extra dollar...youre getting what you pay for. This is the only salon ive been in that doesnt smell like a nail salon with all the chemicals so its completely preggers safe! The manicurists honestly take their time and they are well aware that you want the best service because we are expecting it from the best salon. Pros: sanitized equipment, smells amazing more

First, they don't honor the citysearch coupons, so don't bother. Second, the staff all seemed very unhappy and I felt really unwelcome. The girl rushed through my manicure and did a really bad job. She buffed my nails too hard and they are now cracked and peeling. I will never go back. It looks like their padding the reviews on this site pretty well, too. Notice all the over-the-top reviews with broken English and knowledge of ""300 OPI colors?"" Just go somewhere else. You'll be happier. Cons: Bad service, bad product more

Nail Garden is the best salon by far. Not only is the service excellent but the workers there are always trying their best to satisfy their customers. They have amazing packages with different treatments that is suitable for anyone. I love that they use the best quality materials because they dont act cheap about their products. Like most people, I have many reservations when going to a nail salon. Do they sanitize, is the customer service up to par, and are their prices worth it? This salon ended all doubt in my mind on nail salons. The minute you walk though the door your welcomed, even offered a drink. They have a number of spa quality treatments for hands and feet. I always choose the Garden Deluxe mani/Pedi, because you get more for what you pay for. They always have their tools sanitized and they put alot of effort into making your visit amazing. i normally dont trust a lot of people to do my gels on my nails, but i have to say nail garden showed me different. I went in and the lady in the front desk was very nice and i got in righ away. I was a little picky with my nails so they gave me someone really good and he did an awsome job with them. I love the fact that they are next to the Fashion square mall. i went in to by some candles that they were selling because they smell sooo good and then decided to get a manicure since i had time on my hands. i got the best mani ever, i had a warm towel wraped on my arms it felt very good. i had gone to bloomingdales for christmas shopping and i figured i should try nail garden. they got me started in matter of 5 minutes and my christmas wish was blessed. i felt great about my nails and i was a step closer to the evening party i was going too. my friends and family noticed my perfecty nails i soon as i entered. im glad i gave it a try and most deffinetly im going back in 2-3 weeks. I was going to Bloomingdales when i came across Nail Garden. I went inside to see the salon and loved it. It smelled so nice inside and it was so clean. I decided to see if i can get a Mani/Pedi and they were avaliabel to take me in right away. The Colors were amazing. So many options!!!! I will definetly be going back more

Best customer service ever!!! when you come to the Nail Garden, you do not have to worry about getting rush and slopply services. Every dollar you spend here is well-worthed. The nail technicians are very happy and take their time to make sure that you walk out happy. All of their nail polishes are OPI. That 's not all, they provide complimentary coffee! I love this nail salon. I highly would recommend Nail Garden not just for the service, but also relaxing, quality work! more

i was walking past bloomingdales when i noticed the new store. I walked in and was immediatly bombarded asking if i wanted a manicure pedicure. There was absolutely nobody inside the salon. I looked at their prices, and the only thing I could afford was their classic which was still $30. That is not cheap! When they put me inside the spa chair the hose was facing outwards and when the water turned on my shoes were soaked! Their pedicures was not oh so great like how many people have described. Their prices are tooo high, including their products! I wouldnt recommend this place. You definatly do not get what you pay for! Pros: pretty place Cons: too expensive more

I really cant say enough about my experience here. The salon itself is absolutely gorgeous and as soon as you walk in, it smells soooo delicious:). I was greeted very nicely by the girl in the front and than got to choose from probably over 300 OPI poloshes! I just couldn'y decide. I decided to get a mani/pedi and chose the Garden Deluxe package. It was just perfect...my nails looks so good when I left. The manicurists were very polite and professional. They really made me feel comfortable. Oh, and they're so CLEAN!! I just loved my time here and Im telling ALL my friends about how great they are. Thank you, thank you. i freqent nail garden in studio city and i have recently visited the new location in Sherman Oaks. Wow! such a beautiful salon and the staff is exceptional there. I love to spend my days off pampering myself and this location is so relaxing. I love the service they provide there and i cant stress enough how relaxing it is! i went in just yesterday and i loveeee my nails! i would recommend this salon to anyone that needs a relaxing day to themselves and to anyone who wants to get a great mani and pedi!! This place is the worst place to get a fill. My nails were lifting in about 2 days. They do not last more than that. On top of that the technicians are extremely rude. I expected more from this ""high class"" establishment. I went to Nail Garden in Sherman Oak to try and I fall in love with the place..It is a beautiful place. i went there the other night and get a pedicure.. I got a very friendly service manicurist, and she speak very good English. She asked me what kind of pedicure i want, and she show me the menu of all kind of service they had. She introduce her name before i got a service. I found out her name is Jamie..We have had a good conversation. She made me felt comfortable to get my feet done. I definely come back to her next time and all the time. She never hurt me at all, and she cut all my cuticle. My feet look totally different from other place i have had went. Wow, so I recently noticed the new Nail Garden that just opened at the Westfield Shopping Center! I made an appointment a few days ago and had my service done today. I must say, the best service and experience I've ever had in a spa. The ambiance was beautiful and my nails look fabulous! I had hundreds of OPI polishes to choose from, and a very attentive staff. What surprised me most, was the place smelled so nice, unlike most nail salons. I particularly like the sanitation pouches that the tools were in. This is the worst nail Salon in the city. The front desk staff is rude and very uninformed. I made several appointments with a specific nail tech and when I got there they said oh we switched you to someone else. When I did get my nails done they lifted in 2 days ,This has happened 4 times. I have visited nail garden a few times now and found it to be a very beautiful salon, no doubt, but the people working there are rude and make you very uncomfortable. First time there, I had about 4 of the technicians standing over my head watching my nails get done while talking to eachother as if im not there...VERY RUDE! And when you look at them, they dont get the point! Even other customers were looking at me and laughing because it was such a awkward expereince. I thought this would only happen once, but no, has happened each time I have been there. Also, the quality of their fills is DEF not worth the price. I have been getting fills for years and never had them done this bad in my life. They look good that day and begin to chip and break after about 2 days. I usually have my fills last about three weeks, you'll be lucky to get past 3 days with their fills. Pros: Nice decor, good pedicures Cons: Rude staff, bad fills more
