1st restaurant review posted online submitted to emphasize how poor the management and customer service experience was this evening. After having poured soy sauce on my dish I noticed something floating in the plastic sauce dispenser. I take a closer look and ask my mother to do the same. IT WAS VERY CLEARLY A DEAD FLY FLOATING IN THE SAUCE.\r

1.) We calmly alerted our waitress, she responded by looking at the sauce, inspecting it & pointing at the floating fly with another waiter, and then offering a new container without apologies.\r

2.) An additional staff member comes by to declare ""it is not a bug, it is congee."" We both emphasize it was not a piece of food, and he goes to find the restaurant manager.\r
\r
3.) The restaurant manager comes over and we describe what happened. She explains ""That was not a bug. That was a crisp. From congee."" I respectfully disagreed, kept my voice low, and again explained it was not a piece of food in the sauce. She insists, ""Believe me, we clean everyday. It is a crispy, from congee."" **NOTE: She did not offer apologies or any type of changes to our bill. **\r

**EMPHASIS: WITH ALL DUE RESPECT, IT IS ONE THING TO OFFER VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT IT IS AN ALTOGETHER DIFFERENT MATTER TO HAVE FOUR RESTAURANT STAFF LEVELS LIE DIRECTLY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS' FACES.**
