All the staff at this vet has been excellent to work with. I mainly work with Dr. Jeff, but have worked with some of the others also who have been great. They always agreed to any testing I wanted for my dogs and discussed all options with me. Return calls from the vets have been prompt and virtually always the same day, even for non-urgent follow-up calls. \r They are busy and it can take a few days for an appointment, but they have always been extremely accommodating of emergency situations. \r They have offered referrals to other vets and specialists when appropriate, and have had no problems working with the other vets.\r I've not found them to be pushy about treatments, pills, etc., thought cost isn't normally a problem for me, there are some things that I choose to use natural / alternative treatments for. They have been respectful of that and have never given me a hard time about choosing something other than the standard treatment. more

The vets at GLVC are the best. Dr. Randy did a fantastic job of fixing my Sheltie's luxated patella. Dr. Jeff saved her life when she went into anaphylactic shock from rabies vaccine. Dr.s Jeff, Sue and Randy have done a great job of taking care of my baby from the start.(she's almost 10 now). They are true professionals and are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of animal care. I have had to call for medical help on Sundays and always get a vet to call back quickly and they know exactly what pet you are talking about and what you need. They will even come into the office if they are needed, They remember you and the pet and it's conditions. Pros: knowledgeable vets, friendly staff Cons: A bit of a drive. more

The staff is very unorganized and has no knowledge on canines. They are not familiar with kennel cough, distemper, or vaccines etc. The two doctors I met were a bit odd, and could not answer basic questions. Felt like I was in the twilight zone. Would suggest checking into formal complaints to see if any other people had issues here. Just strange all the way around. Pros: convenient location Cons: unknowledgable staff, unorganized, much confusion more
