Not pleased with the full synthetic oil. Normally a full synthetic oil lasts more than two or three thousand miles.

Reliable Repairs 2/18/2014

I like using Hyundai for my car repair needs. However, I was a little disappointed that someone told me over the phone that I would be able to walk in and have the electrical diagnosis on my vehicle done right away, but they forced me to make an appointment and come back (so two trips instead of one). They did make up for it by being very quick to replace the TPMS sensor that I was there for in the first place (maybe 1 1/2 hrs). I felt comfortable that my car was being repaired correctly and thoroughly, and I would return again. more

Auto Maintenance 2/4/2014

Brought my Azera in to service in response to two recall notices and had additional service performed while I was there. I came to this dealership instead of the one nearest me because of previous service satisfaction. I am not sure I will return. I asked that my tire pressures be checked since the warning light had been coming on recently for short periods. The service rep did not mention this to me again at the time he explained results of the oter services and inspections and I did not think to ask at that time. The trouble light has now co on again and this time it has stayed on, so now I will have to go back somewhere for another service check for this problem. more

Usually great service, not this time 2/2/2014

I was charged $50 for a battery that was purchased at this service center 1 year and 25 days prior. Originally, I was told it would be $140, then $0 after I told them when I bought it, and then they called backed to say it wasn't fully covered and the prorated amount was going to be $90. When I told him I didn't think that was fair and that Hyundai needs to stand behind their product I was told I could have it for $50. Considering I had already lost a half day of work I relented and told him to just go ahead and do it. I told him I was not at all satisfied and he didn't say anything. more

i recently took my vehicle for maint. my service advisor was Todd. Great guy, explained exactly what my vehicle needed and provided me a loaner. i was surprised i was offered one i was advised they normally do not. but Todd made it happen! more

I had to pay for a part that was broken by Dennis in my prior appointment 1/17/2014

Dennis is the worst dealership in the Central Ohio area. This was my second visit to this dealership simply due to proximity to my residence. But this will be my last visit ever! The dealership refused to take ownership for an issue that they caused in my car in the previous visit and made me pay for the part being replaced due to their negligence. more

Oil Change Scheduling 1/17/2014

Service is excellent. I would like to see this dealer add a no appointment option for regular oil changes and a car wash for customers. Free washes for people that purchased the vehicle at the dealer and a minimum cost for people having service work completed. more

Azera Recall Service & Oil Change 1/15/2014

The recall service & oil change were done very quickly, correctly, and professionally. My only complaint is they failed to wash the car, and they had 4 hours to do it after they called me that the car was done and I told them it would late afternoon before I could pick up the car. more
