The Great Indoors is great for looking and buying small items off the shelf, but I would not recommend using their home installation services or their Design Center. \r

I bought a Kohler Sink and Faucet to replace an exact replica in my kitchen. The order and pricing were okay, but their contract plumber was terrible. The plumber said I would need to cut my countertops for the new sink to fit. The Great Indoors charged me money ($50) for a pre-site inspection and the plumbers was completely unprepared and was wrong about almost everything. I did find another plumber and installation was fast, easy and 1/2 the price. Also, I did not have to cut my countertops. \r

I would recommend using the Great Indoors as a place to look at household items, but I will not buy from there or use thier ""Design Center"". Their design center did nothing to help me, just kept taking weeks to get back to me. I finally gave up and called a local plumber to finish the job. I never did get my $50 ""site inspection"" fee returned to me.
Pros: They do have good mark downs on shelf items
Cons: Do not use thier contractors or Design Center
