I received a gift card for my birthday and headed to the SW 2nd location for lunch today. Got a tasty half-turkey sandwich, a watery, tasteless cup of vegetable soup, an extremely crispy/buttery/salty chocolate chip cookie (yuck), a dill pickle slice, and an orange I haven't dug into yet. There was a rather long wait to order, not enough space to wait in line or wait for the food. Pleasant enough service (except for the girl who just pointed at the white board behind her when I asked what kind of soup they had). When I went to pay with my gift card, the machine wouldn't work so I have to go back and tell them to take $7.95 off the card on another day when the owner is in. Overall, it was a so-so experience. The sandwich was good. The cookie...I would expect better from a bakery.
Pros: good bread, nice smell, great sandwich
Cons: space issues, very salty cookies, tasteless soup
