Tires rotated 8/25/2011

spoke with the manager on Friday, he advised to drop off vehicle and leave it for Saturday for oil change and tire rotation. Came to pick it up on Monday and it still had not been done. Convenient location but not always timely more

120,000 Mile Scheduled Maintenance 8/16/2011

I was very satisfied with how Saman approached this major job. He explained all the services, gave me options, and provided a detailed estimate. He gave me the high-end estimate--he said he refuses to nickel and dime customers with "add-ons" after the car is in the shop. He said he would not replace parts if they weren't necessary. The job was finished for $200 less than the estimate, and he threw in a coupon for extra savings. more

I would highly recommend this repair shop. I have been going to Saman at the Exxon for almost 10 years now. He always takes the time to explain what my options are. He tells me when I can wait to have service done. He is easy to work with, honest, intelligent and fair. He and his men have rescued me more than once when my car didn't start. Also, if they make a mistake, they fix it. No arguing, no finger pointing and no cost. They just fix it. It is a pleasure to work with people of such integrity. more
